First Cleaning vs. Ongoing Maintenance

Most homes need a deeper initial cleaning the first time we service them. That initial visit resets everything — removing built-up dirt, algae, and stains.

  • What is a pressure washing membership?

    A year-round maintenance service plan. We put your exterior cleanings on a set schedule so your home stays clean instead of playing catch-up. 

  • Is the first cleaning different?

    Yes. Initial deep clean may be priced separately if the home needs extra work. After that, your membership covers maintenance cleanings. 

  • How do payments work?

    Choose monthly auto-pay (budget-friendly) or annual (set-and-forget). Either way, you’re covered for 12 months. 

  • Is there a contract?

    It’s a 12-month service plan that auto-renews annually. Cancel with 30 days’ notice before renewal. 

  • What if my home is larger than the plan’s square footage?

    We’ll quote a fair upsize (or place you in the next tier). Caps: 2,500 / 3,500 / 5,000 sq. ft.

  • Does “pool deck cleaning” include the screen enclosure?

    No—deck/lanai only. Screen enclosure (pool cage) is an add-on. 

  • What exactly is “priority storm clean-up” (Elite)?

    Elite members get first-in-line scheduling after severe weather (up to 2 hours of clean-up included once per year). Additional time quoted if needed. 

  • What do I need to do before service?

    Please unlock gates, secure pets, move fragile items/furniture from service areas, and ensure water access.

  • Will every stain come out?

    We remove organic growth. Battery acid, fertilizer rust, oil, and tire marks may need specialty treatments (available as add-ons) and are not always 100% removable. 

  • Can I transfer my membership if I move?

    Yes—transfer to a new address in our service area or to the buyer of your home (with written notice).

  • How do I cancel?

    Email/text us 30 days before renewal. Early cancelations may be adjusted to one-time rates minus payments made.
